Refund policy

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. As our products are delivered as downloadable files, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue with your file — it will not open, displays incorrectly across all browsers, or is corrupted — please contact us at hello@pettyinpink.com.au and the Official Notices Department will resolve it promptly. Faulty files will be replaced.

If you are unsure whether a product is right for you before purchasing, please read the product description carefully or contact us with any questions before completing your order.

European Union — Digital Products

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason under the Consumer Rights Directive.

However, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital file and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you have not accessed or downloaded your file, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@pettyinpink.com.au.
