Some products are interactive. Some are designed for digital annotation or printing. Some include more than one format. The product listing will always tell you exactly what is included.

Your files are delivered digitally after purchase. The formats included will be listed clearly on the product page.

Designed for information that continues over time, including recurring commitments, useful records and the details you will need again.

Depending on the product, planners may include an interactive HTML version, a PDF version, or both.

Records and trackers

Focused tools for keeping one type of information together, such as achievements, feedback, evidence, recurring details or things worth retaining.

These may be supplied as digital-use PDFs, printable PDFs or both.

Which format should I use?

Some products include more than one version because different formats are useful for different things. You do not need to use every file included with your purchase.

Interactive HTML

Best for customers who want to type directly into a structured, browser-based tool.

HTML files open in a compatible web browser and may include interactive navigation, fields or controls. They are intended primarily for digital use and should be saved and backed up according to the instructions included with the product.

PDF for digital use

Best for customers who prefer to write, type or annotate in a compatible PDF app.

Digital PDFs can be imported into compatible annotation apps and may include hyperlinks for navigation. Handwriting, typing and other features will depend on the device and app you use.

Printable PDF

Best for products or pages designed to be completed on paper.

Printable PDFs can be printed at home or through a print service. Check the product listing for page size and printing guidance. Colours may vary between screens, printers and paper.

Some PDF products may be suitable for both digital use and printing. The individual product listing will make this clear.

What is included with my purchase?

Every product page includes a file summary showing:

whether hyperlinks or interactive features are included,
and any software or app requirements.

Not every product includes HTML. Not every PDF is intended for printing. Please check the individual listing before purchase to make sure the format suits how you plan to use it.
